Care Services

Care Offered

We offer high quality residential care in our main care home at 100 Long Lane. The facilities and staff here provide professional residential care for clients with complex health needs. Our clients are women only and we have women-only staff in keeping with our clients' wishes.

We also offer personal care to support clients in supported living facilities.  We currently work closely with one landlord to provide supported living facilities in Finchley.

We offer respite care at our main care home at 100 Long Lane from 2 hours a week right up to 40-night stays.  These can be arranged via a local authority or through direct payments.



Target Client Group


Two Rivers target client group is Asian women with learning disabilities and/or mental health.  
The environment, facilities, care plans, staffing levels and experience are all designed for care of clients in this group, where possible to enable clients to move on to supported living.  We accept clients from all Asian backgrounds, with a focus on the bigger communities of North London (We have Gujarati-speaking, Hindi-speaking, Punjabi-speaking, Urdu-speaking and Bengali-speaking clients and staff).

Our care plans are thorough and detailed and centred on the client.  In particular we can provide Asian vegetarian and non-vegetarian food, asian cultural activities, a wide range of activities within and outside the home suited to the client.  

We care for clients with learning disabilities who have epilepsy, brain injury, downs syndrome, autism.  We also cater for clients in our target group who are wheelchair users. The active attention we give to the continuing health of our clients has been commended by local medical professionals.


We are not registered to accommodate elderly people without learning disabilities - our target group is Asian women with learning disabilities or mental health aged between 18yrs to 65yrs.


Quality of Care

Our feedback surveys speak for themselves - "Once I knew .. was going there, I was so relieved - to find somewhere for her that she is comfortable with", "There is nothing like it", "It's the first place I feel will really look after her like I would have done if I was well enough".  Please do come and see for yourselves, and if you'd like to speak to any of our existing clients or families, we will ask them for you.
